Supper Clubs are destination fine dining held at alternating venues throughout the city of Austin and the surrounding Hill Country. 

Enjoy an evening of fine fare, local music & new friends in a mind-opening atmosphere.  Chef Sonya Coté's experience with creative flavor combinations will awaken and gratify any palate.  From appetizer to dessert, multiple courses of the finest & freshest regional ingredients will be served alongside a subdued variety of entertainment.

All Supper Clubs are coupled with an informative and informal beer or wine lesson. Guests are encouraged to bring their own wine or beer based on our suggested wine list paired perfectly by Cote Catering’s very own sommelier, Brent Livingston.

Seasonal Bistro: Charcuterie HANDS ON

Charcuterie is the French art of preserving meats. Learn how to transform lesser-used cuts of meat into classic charcuterie dishes. Menu: Classic Pork Rillettes; Curried Chicken Liver Mousse; Pâté de Champagne; Traditional Accompaniments of Cucumber Pickles and Sweet Red Onion.
